አገራዊ ጥሪ ለመከላከያና የፓሊስ ሠራዊት አባላት

ግንቦት 7፡ የፍትህ፣ የነፃነትና የዲሞክራሲ ንቅናቄ የኢትዮጵያ የመከላከያና የፓሊስ ሠራዊት አባላትን ከአለቆቻቸው ለይቶ ይመለከታል።

የመከላከያና የፓሊስ ሠራዊት ከፍተኛ ሹማምንት ከህወሓት የተቀዱ፣ ለህወሓት ሥልጣን የቆሙ፣ ዘረኞች፣ ፋሽስቶችና ሙሰኖች መሆናቸው በገሃድ የሚታወቅና በተደጋጋሚ ጥናቶችም የተረጋገጠ ጉዳይ ነው። በዘመነ ወያኔ የሠራዊት አዛዥነት ሹመት መሥፈርቶች ዘር፣ የፓለቲካ አመለካከትና ለህወሓት ያላቸው ታማኝነት ነው። በዚህም ምክንያት ሁሉም ቁልፍ የአዛዥነት ቦታዎች የተያዙት ሙሉ በሙሉ የህወሓት አባላት በሆኑ የትግራይ ተወላጆች ነው። እነዚህ የጦርና የፓሊስ ሹማምንት ኢትዮጵያን ወረው እንደያዙት አገር ሲዘርፉ፣ ሕዝቧንም ሲገሉና ሲገርፉ እንሆ 23 ዓመታት አልፈዋል። በእነዚህ 23 ዓመታት ትግራይን ጨምሮ በደል ያልደረሰበት የኢትዮጵያ ግዛት እና የኅብረተሰብ ክፍል የለም። ሁሉም ኢትዮጵያዊ በእነዚህ ፋሽስቶች ተረግጧል፣ ተዋርዷል፣ ተግዟል። የንቅናቄዓችን ዋና ፀሐፊ አቶ አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌን ጨምሮ በርካታ ኢትዮጵያዊያን የነፃነት አርበኞች በእነዚህ እኩይ የሠራዊቱና የፓሊስ አዛዦች ሰቆቃ እየተፈፀመባቸው ነው። የወያኔ የጦርና የፓሊስ አዛዦች እና ሰላዮች አገራችን እያደሙ፤ ሕዝባችንን እያስለቀሱ ነው። በወያኔ ፋሽስት የጦርና የፓሊስ አዛዦች እና ሰላዮች ጥምረት ሰቆቃ የሚፈፀምበት የኅብረተሰብ ክፍል በየጊዜው እየጨመረ ይገኛል። የወያኔ ማሰቃያዎችን የሞሉት የፓለቲካና የሀይማኖት መሪዎች፣ ጋዜጠኞችና ብሎገሮች መሆናቸው ለዚህ አንድ ማሳያ ነው።

የሠራዊቱ የበታች ሹማምንትና ተራ አባላት ጥንቅር ግን ከአዛዦቹ ፈጽም የተለየ ነው። የመከላከያና የፓሊስ ሠራዊት አባላት ከመላው የኢትዮጵያ ግዛቶች የተውጣጡ፤ እንደሌላው የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ ሁሉ በነፃነት እጦት፣ በመብቶች መገፈፍ እና በኑሮ ውድነት የሚሰቃዩ ዜጎች ናቸው። የኢትዮጵያ ወታደር በወያኔ አዛዦቹ እየታዘዘ ወገኑን የሚበድል ቢሆንም ራሱ ከመበደል ግን አይድንም። የኢትዮጵያ ወታደር በወያኔ አዛዡ ታዞ ሌላኛውን ወገኑን ቢያስርም ሹሙ ፊቱን ባዞረበት ጊዜ እራሱ ደግሞ ከመታሰር አይድንም። የኢትዮጵያ ወታደር ወያኔ አዞት ምስኪኖችን ይደበድባል፤ ራሱ ደግሞ በወያኔ ይደበደባል። የኢትዮጵያ ፓሊስ በወያኔ ትዕዛዝ ንጹሀን ዜጎችን ያስራል፣ ያሰቃያል፤ እራሱ ደግሞ በወያኔ ይታሰራል፣ ይሰቃያል። ይህ ምን የሚሉት ባርነት ነው？ የወያኔ ሹማምንቶች በሚመሩት የመከላከያና የፓሊስ ሠራዊት ውስጥ ያሉ ወገኖቻችን በህወሓት የሚደርስባቸው በደል ሌላው ኢትዮጵያዊ ከሚደርስበት ይብስ እንደሆን እንጂ የሚያንስ አይደለም።

ግፍ መብቃት አለበት። በጥቂት የህወሓት ሹመኖች ትዕዛዝ በኢትዮጵያዊው ወታደር ላይ የሚደርሰው ውርደት ማብቃት አለበት። ሠራዊቱ የኢትዮጵያ እንጂ የህወሓት ሠራዊት አይደለም፤ ሊሆንም አይገባውም። ሠራዊቱ ለራሱ ነፃነት ብቻ ሳይሆን ለአገርና ለሕዝብ ደህንነት ዘብ የመቆም ኃላፊነት አለበት። የኢትዮጵያ ሠራዊት የህወሓት የባንዳ ሠራዊት ሆኖ ሕዝብን በማሰቃየትና ሀገርን በመበደል ተግባር ላይ ተሠማርቶ ማየት አንሻም። ይህንን ለራሱ ክብር ያለው፤ አገሩንና ሕዝቡን የሚወድ የሠራዊቱ አባልም የሚፈቅደው ጉዳይ አይደለም።

ስለሆነም ግንቦት 7: የፍትህ፣ የነፃነትና የዲሞክራሲ ንቅናቄ የሚከተለው ሀገራዊ ጥሪ ለመላው የመከላከያና የፓሊስ ሠራዊት አባላት ያቀርባል።

ውድ የኢትዮጵያ የመከላከያ ወይም የፓሊስ ሠራዊት አባል！ በጥቂት የህወሓት ፋሽስቶች መዳፍ ውስጥ ሆነህ የገዛ ራስህን፣ የቤተሰቦችህን፣ የወገንህን እና የአገርህን ስቃይ ማራዘምህን አቁም። አንተ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ አለኝታ እንጂ የጥቂት ጎጠኞች ሎሌ ልትሆን አይገባም። አንተ የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ መከታ እንጂ የእያንዳንዱ ቤተሰብ ስጋት መሆን የለብህም። አንተ የመጪው ትውልድ አርዐያ እንጂ ሕፃናትንና ወጣቶችን ማስፈራሪያ መሆን የለብህም።

የኢትዮጵያ ወታደር ሆይ！ ራስህን ተመልከት！ ራስህን ታዘብ！ ዛሬ ያለህበት ሁኔታ አሳፋሪ ነው። አዛዦችህ አገርን፣ ትውልድንና ታሪክን ለማጥፋት የተነሱ ናቸው። አንተን ተጠቅመው ነው ይህንን ዓላማቸውን የሚያስፈጽሙት። ይህ ላንተ ብቻ ሳይሆን ለልጅ ልጆችህ ውርደት ነው። ከወያኔ ባርነት ራስህን ነፃ አውጣና የነፃነት ታጋዮችን ተቀላቀል። ወያኔ መጥፋቱ አይቀርም። ወያኔ የቀድሞውን ጦር እንደበተነው አንተን ለመበተን የሚሻ የለም። አንተ ዛሬ ከወገን ጋር ወገንተኛነትህን ካሳየህ ከአገዛዙ ጋር እጠፋለሁ ብለህ አትስጋ። ለዚህም ነው አንተ ዛሬ በግልም ሆነ በቡድን የምትወስደው እርምጃ የአገራችንን ብቻ ሳይሆን የሠራዊቱን እጣ ፈንታ ይወስናል ብለን ወገናዊ ጥሪ የምናቀርብልህ።

ውድ የኢትዮጵያ የመከላከያና የፓሊስ ሠራዊት አባላት ወገናችን！ከበዳዮች ጎን ሳይሆን ከተበዳዮች ጎን ቁም። ከገራፊዎችና ገዳዮች ጎን ሳይሆን ከነፃነት ታጋዮች ጎን ሁን። ዛሬውኑ ወስን። አሁን የነፃነት ታጋዮችን መቀላቀል ቀላል ሆኗል። ያሉበትን ታውቃለህ፤ ተቀላቀል። አልያም የጠመንጃህን አፈሙዝ በፋሽስት አለቆችህ ላይ አዙር። ይህንን እርምጃ በመውሰድ ከታሪክ ተወቃሽነት እራስህን በመታደግ ለአገርህና ለወገንህ አለኝታህን አረጋግጥ።

Ethiopia: Bloggers and journalists held without charge

Nine bloggers and journalists held without charge beyond 80-day deadline

The six Zone9 bloggers and three journalists held arbitrarily since 25 and 26 April have not been formally charged within the 80-day limit allowed by Ethiopia’s draconian terrorism law. The hearings that should have been held on 12 and 14 July to charge them were simply cancelled.

Reporters Without Borders was disappointed but not really surprised to learn that the six bloggers and three journalists were not brought before a judge by the deadline for the completion of the police investigation.

Instead, the police presented the findings of their investigation to the prosecutor behind closed doors, without the defendants or their lawyers being present.

As no official charge has been brought against them, these nine news providers are now being held illegally, even under the terms of the terrorism law, whose tough provisions are designed to suppress all forms of criticism, as journalists have learned to their cost ever since it took effect.

“Coming from the Ethiopian government, this latest affront to due process is sadly no longer a surprise,” said Cléa Kahn-Sriber, the head of the Reporters Without Borders Africa desk.

“The six Zone9 bloggers and the three journalists arrested with them are now being held in a completely illegal manner, even under Ethiopia’s terrorism law, which gives the prosecution every advantage possible to the detriment of the defence. They still have not been charged after nearly three months. Their detention is clearly an act of political intimidation designed to suppress all dissent.”

The investigation into the six bloggers and three journalists that the police began after their arrests on suspicion of “working with foreign organizations claiming to defend human rights” has been extended for 28 days twice, on 17 May and 14 June, at the request of the police.

The maximum period under which detainees may be held under the terrorism law without being formally charged is 80 days. For those arrested on 25 April, the deadline expired on Saturday, 12 July. For those arrested on 26 April, it expired yesterday.

The lawyers representing the bloggers and journalists plan to file a submission alleging violation of the rules governing defence rights. They have kept on demanding the release of their clients on the grounds that they are being held illegally and that there is clearly no evidence against them.

Ethiopia is ranked 143rd out of 180 countries in the 2014 Reporters Without Borders press freedom index.

Ethiopia: UK Aid Should Respect Rights

Ruling Permits Review of Development Agency’s Compliance

(London) – A UK High Court ruling allowing judicial review of the UK aid agency’s compliance with its own human rights policies in Ethiopia is an important step toward greater accountability in development assistance.

In its decision of July 14, 2014, the High Court ruled that allegations that the UK Department for International Development (DFID) did not adequately assess evidence of human rights violations in Ethiopia deserve a full judicial review.

“The UK high court ruling is just a first step, but it should be a wake-up call for the government and other donors that they need rigorous monitoring to make sure their development programs are upholding their commitments to human rights,” said Leslie Lefkow, deputy Africa director. “UK development aid to Ethiopia can help reduce poverty, but serious rights abuses should never be ignored.”

The case involves Mr. O (not his real name), a farmer from Gambella in western Ethiopia, who alleges that DFID violated its own human rights policy by failing to properly investigate and respond to human rights violations linked to an Ethiopian government resettlement program known as “villagization.” Mr. O is now a refugee in a neighboring country.

Human Rights Watch has documented serious human rights violations in connection with the first year of the villagization program in Gambella in 2011 and in other regions of Ethiopia in recent years.

A January 2012 Human Rights Watch report based on more than 100 interviews with Gambella residents, including site visits to 16 villages, concluded that villagization had been marked by forced displacement, arbitrary detentions, mistreatment, and inadequate consultation, and that villagers had not been compensated for their losses in the relocation process.

People resettled in new villages often found the land infertile and frequently had to clear the land and build their own huts under military supervision. Services they had been promised, such as schools, clinics, and water pumps, were not in place when they arrived. In many cases villagers had to abandon their crops, and pledges of food aid in the new villages never materialized.

The UK, along with the World Bank and other donors, fund a nationwide development program in Ethiopia called the Promotion of Basic Services program (PBS). The program started after the UK and other donors cut direct budget support to Ethiopia after the country’s controversial 2005 elections.

The PBS program is intended to improve access to education, health care, and other services by providing block grants to regional governments. Donors do not directly fund the villagization program, but through PBS, donors pay a portion of the salaries of government officials who are carrying out the villagization policy.

The UK development agency’s monitoring systems and its response to these serious allegations of abuse have been inadequate and complacent, Human Rights Watch said. While the agency and other donors to the Promotion of Basic Services program have visited Gambella and conducted assessments, villagers told Human Rights Watch that government officials sometimes visited communities in Gambella in advance of donor visits to warn them not to voice complaints over villagization, or threatened them after the visits. The result has been that local people were reluctant to speak out for fear of reprisals.

The UK development agency has apparently made little or no effort to interview villagers from Gambella who have fled the abuses and are now refugees in neighboring countries, where they can speak about their experiences in a more secure environment. The Ethiopian government’s increasing repression of independent media and human rights reporting, and denials of any serious human rights violations, have had a profoundly chilling effect on freedom of speech among rural villagers.

“The UK is providing more than £300 million a year in aid to Ethiopia while the country’s human rights record is steadily deteriorating,” Lefkow said. “If DFID is serious about supporting rights-respecting development, it needs to overhaul its monitoring processes and use its influence and the UK’s to press for an end to serious rights abuses in the villagization program – and elsewhere.”

We cannot Tolerate TPLF/EPRDF’s State Terror

It is a well known fact that TPLF/EPRDF has slaughtered and oppressed Ethiopian citizens since it came to power. In order to oppress the peaceful struggle, especially within the last 10 years, the regime acclaimed several repressive proclamations and laws to legalize its butchery and tyranny. Many politicians, journalists, bloggers, religious leaders and people who raised question against the regime are victims of these proclamations. Since these controversial laws have been applauded by TPLF/EPRDF, the security institutions that serve the regime have put a lot of politicians, journalists, activists and many who issue its power to jails. The regime also tries to label Medias such as ESAT as terrorists’ medium to threaten politicians in relation to terror act which is ridiculous. Blue likes to stress out that no one should not and cannot choose Medias for anyone in regards to freedom of speech and press.

Accordingly, TPLF/EPRDF’s obsession of power and its negligence to accountability is leading the country in a wrong and chaotic situation. Particularly the last four years have been difficult and the arrest of many peaceful citizens made the political atmosphere very constricted. Nevertheless, countless people are struggling peacefully within the rule of law; many flee abroad to over throw the dictatorial government with whatever way they thought is possible. Thus, Blue Party /Semayawi/ finds it very significant to take this firm position due to the above reasons and more that hasn’t been mentioned here:

1- On June 24 2014, the rebel group Ginbot 7’s General Secretary, Andargachew Tsege was detained by the Yemeni intelligence officers in collaboration with Ethiopian intelligence officers. The officials of both countries knowingly violated international conventions. It is not legal or convenient to intervene in eternal matters of a sovereign country whatsoever. Consequently, the act of Yemeni officials will sure distress the upcoming relationships of the countries. Nonetheless, as the regime didn’t let the public and his family know his whereabouts for 16 days, the matter has been viewed suspiciously in our party, in the public at large and in the international community. It is our concern that he could be ill treated and more. Therefore, Blue Party strongly demands that Andargachew Tsege must be treated moderately and that all his rights under custody are respected.

2- The regime also illegally arrested prominent figures of Ethiopian politicians on July 8. The detainees are members and leaders of parties who are engaged in peaceful struggle. In fact it is not surprising to hear such news; however, we have learned that the regime is anxious and is trying to connect the detainees with rebel forces so that it hopes it can crack down the peaceful struggle before the 2015 election for they could be a threat to its power. It is clear that the dictatorial rule wants to stay in power more through spreading fear among the society. Thus its desperation is leading its ego to arrest one of our members and three other party leaders. Blue Party’s National Council Vice Chairperson Mr. Yeshiwas Assefa, Mr Habtamu Ayalew(Head of Public Relations Affairs of UDJ), Mr. Daniel Shibeshi(Vice Chairman of Organizational Affairs of UDJ) and Arana Tigray’s executive committee member and activist Mr. Abraha Desta are detained for activism and peaceful struggle. All these figures have been engaged in promoting peaceful struggle within the rule of law. Their arrest boldly hints that the regime’s final days in power are counted and change is inevitable in the near future. Hence, Blue Party demands an immediate release of the detainees and as well advocate the regime to stop the state terror. We condemn that TPLF/EPRDF comes to its sense and do what’s right for themselves and the country before it’s too late. 

Finally we make sure that the act of state terror by TPLF/EPRDF will not hinder us for an inch from the none-violent struggle we are committed to. We have come into the decision that the offensive and atrocious act of TPLF/EPRDF required us to bring the struggle to the next level. Hence, we call upon the Ethiopian people to be ready to a nationwide movement and make sure that Blue Party is fully committed to provide the leadership needed at its unsurpassed. The Party also calls the peaceful parties, international institutes, human right activists, civic societies for all Ethiopian born and Ethiopians to stand together.

ሕወሓት ውጥረት ውስጥ ናት፤ ከሰማያዊ ፓርቲ የሺዋስ አሰፋን፤ ከአንድነት ሃብታሙ አያሌውን አሰረች

(ዘ-ሐበሻ) የሕወሓት/ኢሕአዴግ አስተዳደር በከፍተኛ ውጥረት ውስጥ እንደሚገኝ ታወቀ። ከየመን የግንቦት 7 ዋና ጸሐፊ አቶ አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌን አፍና ከወሰደች በኋላ ከሃገር ውስጥም ሆነ ከውጭ በሚደርስባቸው ጫና በመበርገግ ላይ እንደሚገኙ ከድርጊታቸው እንደሚያስታውቅ የፖለቲካ ተንታኞች ሲናገሩ በዛሬ ዕለት ከመኖሪያ ቤታቸው የተወሰዱት አቶ የሺዋስ አሰፋና ሐብታሙ አያሌው ጉዳይም ከዚሁ ውጥረት ጋር በተያያዘ እንደሆነ አስተያየት ሰጪዎች ለዘ-ሐበሻ ገልጸዋል።

የሰማያዊ ፓርቲ የብሔራዊ ምክር ቤት ሰብሳቢ የሆነው አቶ የሺዋስ አሰፋን በብዛት የሚቆጠሮ የደህነነትና የፌደራል ፖሊሶች የመኖሪያ ቤቱን በመክበብ ቤቱን ሰብረው የገቡ ሲሆን እጁን በካቴና ጠፍረው ቤቱን እንደበረበሩት ከአዲስ አበባ ለዘ-ሐበሻ የመጣው መረጃ ያመለክታል። ደህነንቶቹ አቶ የሺዋስን ወደ ማዕከላዊ አስረው ከወሰዱ በኋላ ወደ ማ ዕከላዊ ምርመራ እንደወሰዱት ሲታወቅ ከቤቱ በርካታ ንብረቶችን ይዘው እንደሄዱም ለማወቅ ተችሏል።

እንደ ደረሰን መረጃ ከሆነ የሰማያዊ ፓርቲው አቶ የሺዋስ በሚበረበሩበት ወቅት ባለቤቱ ጭምር ወደ ውስጥ እንድትገባ ተደርጓል።

በሌላ በኩል ከመኖሪያ ቤቱ ወደ አንድነት ፓርቲ ጽህፈት ቤት በመጓዝ ላይ የነበረው አቶ ሃብታሙ አያሌው ቦሌ ደንበል ህንጻ አካባቢ ብዛት ባላቸው የደህነት አባላትና የፌደራል ፖሊሶች መንገዱን በመዝጋት ይህን ወጣት የአንድነት ፓርቲ አመራር አባል ይዘውት ወዳልታወቀ ስፍራ ሄደዋል። ይህ ዜና እስከተጠናቀረበት ጊዜ ድረስ አቶ ሃብታሙን አስሬያለሁ፤ እዚህ ነው ያሉት ያለ አካል ባይኖርም አንድነት ፓርቲ የአባሉን መታሰር አረጋግጧል።

የእነዚህን ሁለት የተቃዋሚ ፓርቲ አባላትን በድንገት መታሰር በማስመልከት ጋዜጠኛ ፋሲል የኔዓለም በፌስቡክ ገጹ የሚከተለውን አስተያየት አስፍሯል።

“ህወሃት በትጥቅ ትግል የሚታገሉትን ካሰረ ፣ በሰላማዊ መንገድ የሚታገሉትንም ካሰረ፣ በእስክርቢቶ የሚታገሉትንም ካሰረ፣ በጸሎት የሚታገሉትንም ካሰረ እንግዲህ ማን ቀረው? ህወሃት ትግል የሚባል ነገር አልፈልግም ብሎአል። ሺ ዓመት እየቀጠቀጠ ለመግዛት ያልማል። ይህንን ህልመኛ ቡድን ለማስወገድ በሁሉም የትግል መንገዶች የሚታገሉ ሃይሎች እጅና ጓንት ሆነው በአንድነት መነሳት ለነገ የማያሳድሩት የቤት ስራ ነው። አንድነት፣ ሰማያዊ፣ መኢአድና መድረክ እጅ ለእጅ ሆነው ሰላማዊውን ትግል መጀመር፣ ግንቦት7፣ አርበኞች ግንባር፣ ኦነግና ትህዴን ( ደሚት) አንድ ላይ ሆነው ደግሞ የትጥቅ ትግሉን መጀመር አለባቸው። ጥቃቅን ልዩነቶቻችን ይህንን የሰፈር ጎረምሳ ካባረርነው በሁዋላ ይፈታሉ። ለየሽዋስ ያልሆንክ የሰማያዊ አባል፣ ለአንዱአለምና ለሃብታሙ ያልሆንክ የአንድነት አባል፣ ለአንዳርጋቸው ያልሆንክ የግንቦት7 አባል፣ ለበቀለ ገርባ ያልሆንክ የመድረክ አባል፣ ለአቡበክር ያልሆንክ ሙስሊም ምእመን፣ ለዞን ዘጠኝ ያልሆንክ ጦማሪ፣ ለእስክንድር ያልሆንክ ጋዜጠኛ፣ ለርእዮት ያልሆንክ መምህር ከእንግዲህ ለራስክም አትሆንም።
ትንሽ ወይም እስከመጨረሻው ሞተን ነጻነት በአገራችን ምድር ይወለድ።

በየጊዜው እየከረረና እየገረረ የመጣው ትግላችን “ሁላችን አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌዎች ነን” ወደ ተባለ አዲስ ምዕራፍ ተሸጋግሯል። ይህ ጽሁፍ የዚህን የትግል ምዕራፍ ምንነትና ይዘት በአጭሩ ያብራራል። በዚህ ጽሁፍ ላይ የሰፈሩት ዓረፍተ ነገሮች ተነበው የሚታለፉ ሳይሆን በተግባር የሚተረጎሙ ሥራዎች ናቸው።

አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌን መሆን ምን ማለት ነው？ አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌ ለፍትህ፣ ለነፃነት፣ ለዲሞክራሲና ለእኩልነት በጀግንነት የቆመ፤ ትግሉ የሚጠይቀውን መስዋዕትነት ሁሉ ሲከፍል የነበረና አሁንም እየከፈለ ያለ መሪያችን ነው። አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌን መሆን ማለት ልክ እንደሱ ትሁት ሆኖም ግን ቆራጥ፤ ሆደ ሰፊ በዚያው ልክ ደግሞ መራር፤ አስተዋይና ብልህ ሆኖም ተግባር ተኮር መሆን ማለት ነው። አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌን መሆን ማለት ወያኔን ለማስወገድ መደረግ የሚገባውን እርምጃ ለመውሰድ የተዘጋጀ ሰው መሆን ማለት ነው። አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌን መሆን ማለት ለአገርና ለትውልድ ቤዛ መሆን ማለት ነው።

ወያኔ፣ አቶ አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌ ላይ ካተኮረባቸው ምክንያቶች አንዱ የወያኔን የዘር ፓለቲካና ፕሮፖጋንዳ በሚያመክን መልኩ በተግባር ትግል ውስጥ ካሉ የኦሮሞ፣ የአፋር፣ የኦጋዴን፣ የጋምቤላ እና ሌሎች ዘውግ ተኮር ድርጅቶች ጋር ንቅናቄዓችን ተግባራዊ ትብብር ማድረግ የሚችሉበት ደረጃ ድረስ ማቀራረብ የቻለ መሪ መሆኑ ነው። ከሁሉም በላይ ለወያኔ የጉሮሮ ቁስል የሆነበት ደግሞ ከትግራይ ሕዝብ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ንቅናቄ (ትህዴን) ጋር ግንቦት 7 የፈጠረው ጠንካራ ትብብር ነው። በትህዴን ጋር በመሆን አቶ አንዳርጋቸው ወያኔ በትግራይ ሕዝብ ጀርባ መንጠልጠል እንዳይችል አድርጎታል። እናም አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌን መሆን ማለት ከዘረኝነት ፀድቶ መገኘት ማለትም ጭምር ነው። አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌን መሆን ማለት በኢትዮጵያዊያን እኩልነት እና እኩል ባለመብትነት ከልብ ማመን እና ለእኩልነት በጽናት መታገል ማለት ነው።

አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌን ለመሆን የግድ የግንቦት 7 አባል መሆንን አይጠየቅም። አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌን ለመሆን ለመልካም ዓላማዎች መሳካት ዋጋ ለመክፈል መዘጋጀትን እንጂ የግድ ከአንድ ወይም ከሌላ ድርጅት ጋር መወገንን አያሻም። ያም ሆኖ ግን አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌን የሆነ ሰው በጠንካራ ድርጅት የታገዘ ትግል አስፈላጊነት ይረዳል።

በመጨረሻም አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌን መሆን ኦኪሎ ኦኴኝ፣ አንዱዓለም አራጌ፣ ርዕዮት ዓለሙ፣ እስክንድር ነጋ፣ በቀለ ገርባ፣ ኦልባና ሌሊሳ እና እዚህ ዘርዝረን ልንጨርሳቸው የማንችላቸው ጀግኖቻችንን ሁሉ መሆን ማለት ነው።

“የሁላችንም አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌዎች ነን” ዘመቻ ትኩረቶችን በየጊዜው የምንገልጽ ሲሆን ከነገ ጀምሮ በሥራ ላይ መዋል ያለበት የዓለም ዓቀፍ ዘመቻው የመጀመሪያ እርከን ትኩረቶች በዚህ በታች ቀርበዋል

ይህ የመጀመሪያ እርከን ሶስት ቦታዎች ላይ ያተኩራል፡- የመን፣ ብርታኒያ እና ወያኔ

የመንን በተመለከተ

የየመን መንግሥት የዓለም ዓቀፍ ህግም ሆነ የየመን የራሷን ህግ በመተላለፍ መሪያችንን ለእርድ አሳልፎ ሰጥቶብናል። ከመጀመሪያው ጀምሮ ለየመን መንግሥት የተደረገው ተማጽኖ ሰሚ ጆሮ አላገኘም። እስካሁንም ድረስ የየመን መንግሥት አቶ አንዳርጋቸውን ማሠሩና ለወያኔ አሳልፎ መስጠቱ በይፋ አላመነም። እኛ ባለን መረጃ መሠረት በአይሮፕላን ማረፊያው ከማገት ጀምሮ በልዩ በረራ ወደ ኢትዮጵያ እስከ መላክ ድረስ ያለውን የውንብድና ሥራ በየመን በኩል ሆኖ የሠራው ቀጥታ ተጠሪነቱ ለየመን ፕሬዚዳንት የሆነው የስለላ ድርጅት ነው። በዚህም ሳቢያ የየመን መንግሥት ሊቀለበስ የማይችል እና በቀላሉ የማይፋቅ ታሪካዊ ስህተት ፈጽሟል። የየመን መንግሥትና ሕዝብ ይህን እንዲያውቁት ማድረግ ወቅቱ የሚጠይቀው የተግባር እንቅስቃሴ አካል ነው።

የመንን በተመለከተ የሚቀጥለው ሳምንት ዘመቻችን ግብ ቁጣችንን የየመን ፕሬዚዳንት እና የየመን መንግሥት ብቻ ሳይሆን የየመን ሕዝብም እንዲያውቅ ማድረግ ነው። የሚከተሉት ተግባራት ለአብነት ያህል ተጠቅሰዋል።

1. ለየመን ፕሬዚዳንት አዲስ መረር ያለ ደብዳቤ ተጽፎ በፋክስና በኢሜል በየመን መንግሥታዊ መሥሪያ ቤቶችና ኤምባሲዎች አድራሻዎች መላክ። በመልዕክት መጨናነቅ ከሚገባቸው የየመን ተቋማት አንዱ አዲስ አበባ የሚገኘው የየመን ኤምባሲ ነው። ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ሆናችሁ በዘመቻው የምትሳተፉ ጥንቃቄ እንዳይለያችሁ እናሳስባለን፤ የኢንተርኔትና የፋክስ መልክቶችን ስትልኩ ራስን ለጉዳት በማያጋልጥ መንገድ መደረግ ይኖርበታል።
2. የየመን ኤምባሲዎችን ሥራ ማወክ በሚችሉ ሰልፎችና ተቃውሞዎች ማጨናነቅ። የፕሬዚዳንቱን ፎቶና የአገሪቱን ባንዲራ ማቃጠል። ይህ በውጭ አገራት ብቻ መደረግ ያለበት ነው።
3. በውጭ አገራት በየከተሞች ለሚገኙ የየመን ኮሚኒቲዎች ደብዳቤ መፃፍና መንግሥታቸውን እንዲቃወሙ መገፋፋት፤ ይህንን ካላደረጉ ግን ከመንግሥታቸው ጎን ተሰልፈው በኢትዮጵያ ላይ ጦርነት እንዳወጁ የምንቆጥረው መሆኑን በማያሻማ መንገድ መንገር፤
4. በየመን አየር መንገድና በማናቸው የየመን የንግድ ድርጅቶችና ቢዝነሶች ላይ እቀባ ማድረግ፤ በቢዝነሶቻቸው ላይ አሉታዊ ቅስቀሳ ማድረግ። ይህ ተግባር በኢትዮጵያም ከኢትዮጵያ ውጭም በሚገኙ ኢትዮጵያዊያን መተግበር የሚኖርበት አቢይ ተግባር ነው።
5. በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ያሉ የየመን ቢዝነሶችን መርጦ ምርቶቻቸው እና አገልግሎቶቻቸው እንዲጠሉ ማድረግ። ከእንግዲህ በየመን ገንዘብ የተሠራ ወይም ከየመን የመጣ ብስኩትም ይሁን ሲጃራ የወገናች ደም የነካው እቃ ነው።

 ብርታኒያን በተመለከተ

የእንግሊዝ መንግሥት ማድረግ የነበረበትን እና ማድረግ ይችል የነበረውን ሁሉ አድርጓል ብለን አናምንም። እርምጃው ፈጣን አልነበረም፤ አሁንም አይደለም።

ስለሆነም እንግሊዝን በተመለከተ የዘመቻችን ግብ የእንግሊዝ መንግሥት ለጉዳዩ ትኩረት በመንፈጉ መክሰስ እና ከአሁን በኋላም ተገቢውን ትኩረት ሰጥቶ እንዲከታተለውና መሪያችን እንዲያስፈታ መወትወት ነው። የሚከተሉት ተግባራት ለአብነት ተዘርዝረዋል።

1.  የእንግሊዝ መንግሥትን በህግ መክሰስ (ይህ በንቅናቄው ጽ/ቤት የሚሠራ ሲሆን ዝርዝሩ ወደፊት ይገለፃል)፤
2. ለውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር አዲስ ደብዳቤ ጽፎ በፋክስና በኢሜል ለውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስትርና ለኤምባሲዎች በብዛት መላክ። አንዱ ትኩረት የሚደረግበት ኤምባሲ አዲስ አበባ የሚገኘው የእንግሊዝ ኤምባሲ ነው። ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ በዘመቻው የሚሳተፉ ወገኖች አስፈላጊው ጥንቃቄ ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል።
3. በለንደን በውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስትር ደጃፍ፤ በሌሎች አገሮች ደግሞ በእንግሊዝ ኤምባሲዎች ቁጣ የተቀላቀለበት የተቃውሞ ሰልፎችን ማካሄድ።

 ወያኔን በተመለከተ

ወያኔን በተመለከተ የሚደረጉ ትግሎች በሙሉ ወያኔን ከስልጣን ማስወገድን ያነጣጠሩ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል። ወያኔም ለመጣል ትልቁን ድርሻ የሚያበረክተው ሕይወታቸውን ለመስጠት የቆረጡ፡ ከቁም ውርደትና ባርነት ለነጻነትና ለፍትህ ከወያኔ ጋር ጉረሮ ለጉረሮ እየተናነቁ እየጣሉ ለመውደቅ ፤ መስዋእት ለመሆን በወሰኑ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ወገኖቻችንና የህዝብ ሃይሎች የሚያደርጉት ተግባራዊ እንቅስቅሴ ነው ፤ እንቀላቀላቸው።

በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች ወሳኙን ትግል መቀላቀል የማይችሉ ወገኖቻችን በያሉበት ሆነው ከወያኔ የስለላ መረብ ተጠነቅቀው ራሳቸውን በቡድን ያደራጁ፤ ይህንኑ የሚያግዙ ተግባራት ለመፈጸም ራሳቸውን ያዘጋጁ። እነዚህ ተግባራት ወያኔን በገቡበት እየገቡ በማሳፈር ፤እረፍት በመንሳት፤ የፈፀሟቸውን ወንጀሎች በአደባባይ በመናገር እንዲሸማቀቁ በማድረግ፤ ማንነታቸው ለሸሪኮቻቸው ወይም ለሥራ ባልደረቦቻቸው በመንገር ወዳጅ በማሳጣት፣ ንግዶቻቸውን ኩባንያዎቻቸው እንዲከስሩ በማድረግ የፋናንስ አቅማቸው በማዳከም ረገድ የሚኖራቸው አስተዋጽኦ ቀላል እንዳልሆነ ሊታወቅ ይገባል። ከዚህ አኳያ ሊደረጉ ከሚገቡ ተግባራት የሚከተሉት በምሳሌነት ተዘርዝረዋል።

1. በምዕራቡ ዓለም በተለያዩ ሽፋኖች ተሰግስገው ያሉት እና የሚመላለሱ ወንጀለኞች የወያኔ ሹማምንትና ደጋፊዎችን ለፍርድ ለማቅረብ መደራጀትና እንደየሀገሩ ሁኔታ አግባብ ያላቸውን የህግ መሳሪያዎች መጠቀም፤
2. በመላው ዓለም የወያኔ ኤምባሲዎችና የኮንሱላር ጽ/ቤቶች ሥራ መሥራት የማይችሉበት ሁኔታ መፍጠር፤
3. በመላው ዓለም የወያኔ አባላትና ደጋፊዎችን ከያሉበት (ከሰፈር፣ በዩኒቨርስቲዎች፣ በንግድ የተሰማሩ ..) በማደን ማስነወር፣ ማግለል፣ ማዋረድ፤ ከእነሱ ጋር አንዳችም የንግድም ፡ የሥራ ፤ የማኅበራዊ ትብብርና ግንኙነት አለማድረግ፤ ፊት መንሳት ፤ በሥራዎቻቸው ላይ አሉታዊ ቅስቀሳዎችን ማካሄድ። የወያኔ አባላትንና ደጋፊዎችን በሁሉም ዓይነት ግንኙት ማግለል፡ አለመተባበር በኢትዮጵያም ውስጥ በስፋት በሥራ ላይ መዋል ይኖርበታል።
4. በማናቸውም የዓለም ክፍል ለሥራ ወይም ለሽርሽር የሚዘዋወሩ ከፍተኛ የወያኔ ሲቪል፣ የወታደራዊና የደህነት ባለሥልጣኖችና የጦር መኮንኖችን እየተከታተሉ ማሸማቀቅ፣ ማስነወር፣ መውጫ መግቢያ ማሳጣት፤ በየትኛውም የዓለም ክፍል ተቀባይነት እንደሌላቸው በሕዝብ ላይ ለፈጸሙት ወንጀሎች ሁሉ የሕዝብ ቁጣ ዒላማ እንዲሆኑ እንደልባቸው መፏላል እንዳይችሉ ማድረግ። በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ሕዝብ ራሱ በቡድን አደራጅቶ ለወያኔ ታጣቂዎች ጥቃት ሳያጋልጡ አድብቶና አስልቶ ተመሳሳይ ድርጊቶች መፈፀም
5. የኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድን ጨምሮ በወያኔ አገዛዝ የሚመሩ እንዲሁም በወያኔ ኤፈርት ስር ያሉ ኩባንያዎች፤ቢዝነሶች ላይ እቅባ ማድረግ፤ የሸቀጥና የአገልግሎታቸው ተጠቃሚ አለመሆን፤ በእነሱ ላይ አሉታዊ ቅስቀሳ ማድረግ፤ በልዩ ልዩ መንገዶች ሥራቸውን ማጨናገፍ ማደናቀፍ፤ አሻጥሮችን በተደራጀ መልክ፣ በጥናትና በብልሃት ተግባራዊ ማድረግ። ይህ በኢትዮጵያም በመላው ዓለም በሚገኙ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ሁሉ ተግባሪዊ መደረግ ይኖርበታል።
6. በዌስተር ዩኒየን፣ በመኒ ግራም እንዲሁም በአሜሪካ፣ በአውሮፓ፤ በመካከለኛው ምሥራቅ በወያኔ ደጋፊዎች በመሠርቱዋቸው ልዩ ልዩ የገንዘብ ላኪ ድርጅቶች በኩል ገንዘብ ወደ ኢትዮጵያ አለመላክ፤ በየአካባቢው አማራጭ የገንዘብ መላኪያ መንገዶችን መፈለግ፤ እነዚህ በሌሉባቸው አካባቢዎች የፈጠራ ችሎታን በመጠቀም ገንዘብ ለዘመድ አዝማድ በወያኔ በኩል ሳይላክ የሚደርስበትን ሁኔታ መፍጠር፤ የወያኔን የፋሽታዊ አገዛዝ አንዱና ዋነኛ ምሰሶ የሆነውን የውጭ ምንዛሪ የማድረቂያ ዘዴዎችን ሁሉ በመፈለግ ተግባሪዊ በማድርግ የወያኔን በዘረኝነትና በዘረፋ የተገነባ የገንዘብና የኢኮኖሚ አቅም ማዳከም፤ መቦርቦር፤ መናድ።
7. ከወያኔ ጋር የሚሠሩ የውጭ አገር ድርጅቶች ከወያኔ ጋር ያ ያላቸውን ሽርክና እንዲያቋርጡ መወትወት፤ አልሰማ ካሉ በቢዝነሳቸው ላይ አሉታዊ ቅስቀሳ ማካሄድ። (የእነዚህን ዝርዝሮች በተከታታይ ይገልጻሉ)
8. የምዕራብ አገራት ዩኒቨርስቲዎች ከኢትዮጵያ ጋር ያላቸውን ግኑኝነት እንዲመረምሩ ማሳሰብ። በተለይ ደግሞ ሳያስተምሩ ለወያኔ ሹማምንቶች ዲግሪ የሚያድሉ ዩኒቨርስቲዎችና ኮሌጆችን ማስጠንቀቅ፤ ተግባሮቻቸውን ለተማሪዎቻቸው ጭምር መንገር (ለምሳሌ University of Greenwich ከ International Leadership Institute ጋር ያለውን ግኑኝነት እንዲሰርዝ፣ እስከዛሬ የሰጣቸውንም የማስትሬት ዲግሪዎች እንዲመረመር የሚጠይቅ ደብዳቤ ጽፎ በብዛት በፋክስ መላክ፤ ተመሳሳይ ደብዳቤ Open University እና ከወያኔ ጋር ተሻርከው ለሚሠሩ ዩኒቨርስቲና ኮሌጆች መላክ）
9. ይህ ዘመቻ ለጊዜው በወያኔ ላይ ያነጣጠረ ቢሆንም፣ የሕዝቡን የነፃነትና የፍትህ ጥረት የሚያደናቅፉ የሀገር ውስጥም ሆነ የውጭ አገር ዜጎች በሆኑ ቱጆሮችና ከወያኔ ጋር የተያያዙ የንግድ ቤቶችና ኩባንያዎች የዘመቻው ዒላማ ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ። (ዝርዝራቸውን በተከታታይ እናወጣለን)

በመጨረሻም የወጣቱ የማያልቅ የፈጠራ ችሎታ ከላይ በዝርዝሩ ውስጥ ያልተካተቱ ሆኖም ግን ውጤታማ የሆኑ የተቃውሞ መግለጫ ዘዴዎች ያፈልቃል ብለን እናምናለን። ስለሆነም ዘመቻውን በየአካባቢው በሚገኝ ሀሳብና ፈጠራ ማዳበር ይቻላል። ይህ ዘመቻ ወያኔ ከስልጣን እስኪባረር ድረስ በየጊዜ እየከረረ መሄድ እንዳለበት ታሳቢ አድርጎ መነሳት ይኖርበታል። ስለሆነም በየጊዜው አዳዲስ ነጥቦችን ተግባሪዊ የትግል ስልቶችን እንጨምራለን።

ለመላው የአትዮጵያ ሕዝብ፣ በመላው ዓለም የምትገኙ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ዜጎች ሁሉ፣ ለሁሉም የኢትዮጵያ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ኃይሎች ሁሉ በኅብረት በጋራ ሆነን፤ ትከሻ ገጥመን ለተግባሪዊ ትግል በቁርጠኝነት እንድንነሳ ጥሪያችንን እናቀርባለን ።

ይህ ዘመቻ ወያኔን ከስልጣን ለማባረር ምድር ላይ ከምናደርገው የመረረ ትግል ጋር ሲቀናጅ የሚፈለገውን ውጤት ስለሚያስገኝ ለነፃነቱ ግድ ያለው ዜጋ ሁሉ በሙሉ ኃይሉና አቅሙ ተሳትፎ እንዲያደርግ ግንቦት 7: የፍትህ፣ የነፃነትና የዲሞክራሲ ንቅናቄ አገራዊ ጥሪ ያቀርባል።
