UN staff in Ethiopia helicopter crash

Addis Ababa – Officials say a helicopter carrying UN personnel aboard has crash-landed in Ethiopia and that some of them were injured.

Dina Mufti, the spokesman for Ethiopia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told The Associated Press that the helicopter crashed on Wednesday in the town of Debre Zeit, about 50 kilometers (30 miles) outside Addis Ababa.

Dina said there were multiple injuries but he did not immediately have further details.

However, the state-run news agency reported that the Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority said two Russian-made helicopters were traveling from Djibouti to Addis Ababa on a U.N. mission. It said one helicopter crashed with four people on board, including two pilots. The helicopters were scheduled to stop in Addis Ababa on their way to Juba, South Sudan.

Ethiopian High Court’s Institutional capacity, bleak: Clients

 Clients of the Ethiopian High Court have said that the institutional capacity of the court is at a critical state. They said the Court has moved down both in quality and capacity terms. They also said that the current High Court has been worse than the former regime’s Kebele Courts.

The Ethiopian High Court deals with financial and material cases and at times also courts criminal cases. The Court has no proper sanitation and electric generators that serve when power blackouts occur affecting the legal processes.

Some of the other problems that the clients stated are: giving verdict before evidences were sufficiently gathered, cancelling impounding orders and helping suspects to sell their properties and flee, selecting and removing files from charge files, some staffers of the Court, who also act as brokers, influencing judges on their decisions, failure of judges to pay attention and seriously  read charge files, and attempting to establish contact with clients involved in cases that involve huge sums of money.  Judges have also complained that they are given too many cases and files to handle and stated that they sought the Administration to appoint additional human resource.

In related news, it has been leant that a serious problem is being observed in the purchase of land in Addis Abeba. Many people that have purchased and retained a map have found themselves in conflict with other people that presented similar rights of possession.

Ethiopian opposition holds rare protests in Gonder and Dessie

ADDIS ABABA (AFP) – Ethiopian opposition activists on Sunday demanded the release of journalists and political prisoners jailed under anti-terror legislation in demonstrations in two major towns.

In rare public outpours of anger, people marched peacefully in the towns of Gondar and Dessie, chanting “freedom” and carrying pictures of jailed politicians and journalists.

Government officials said there were around 1,500 protesters in total in both towns, while the activists themselves claimed the number to be as high as 20,000.

“The protests were peaceful and successful,” said Senegas Gidada, protest organiser and chairman of the Unity for Democracy and Justice Party (UDJ) party.

“We are unhappy about the lack of human rights and democratic freedom in Ethiopia,” he added.

The demonstrations follow a rally last month in the capital Addis Ababa when several thousand activists demanded the government adhere to basic human rights.

The recent rallies are the largest since post-election violence in 2005 resulted in 200 people being killed and 30,000 arrested.

“The cost of living is too high. We have no rights. They took away my family’s property and land and gave us no compensation,” said one young unemployed protester, who asked not be named, but who was speaking by telephone from Gondar.

“The dogs on the street have more freedom than we do. We are here to demand freedom and we will continue to protest until the government makes fundamental changes.”

But the government dismissed the protesters’ calls.

“The protesters are demanding the release of prisoners who have been convicted of terrorism, these are not pro-democracy protests,” government spokesman Shemeles Kemal told AFP.

“Most of these demonstrators are Islamic extremists. The government is not concerned by these demonstrations. They are meddling in religious issues and mixing them with political matters.”

The government had allowed the protests to go ahead despite earlier saying they had not received official permission.

Protesters have said they will continue to demonstrate until the government addresses their grievances.

Journalists, opposition members and religious leaders have been jailed under Ethiopia’s 2009 anti-terrorism legislation, which rights groups say is used by the government to stifle peaceful dissent.

Ethiopian journalist, Eskinder Nega, and UDJ Vice-Chairman, Andualem Arage, were both jailed last year under the government’s anti-terror legislation for treason and conspiring to commit acts of terror.

በደሴ የአንድነት ፓርቲ አመራሮች ኢህአዴግ ተቃዋሚዎች አባይ እንዳይገደብ ይፈልጋሉ… በሚል የሚረጨውን ፕሮፓጋንዳ ያመከነ ንግግሮች አድርገዋል።

አቶ ግርማ ሴይፉ “ኢህአዴግ በካድሬዎቹ አማካኝነት ነጻነታችንን ቀምቷል ነጻነታችንን ማስመለስና ወደፊትም እንዳይወሰድብን መከላከል ይኖርብናል” ብለዋል… አቶ ግርማ አያይዘውም “…የሚያሳዝነው ነገር ነጻነታችንን የሚቀሙን ካድሬዎች ለራሳቸውም ነጻነት የላቸውም…” ብለዋል።

Forum says its application for demo refused

Forum for Democratic Dialogue in Ethiopia (Medrek), an opposition political coalition founded in 2008, has stated that its application to the Addis Abeba City Administration for the recognition of the mass demonstration that it planned to hold from Sidest Kilo to Dilachen Statue in Addis Abeba on July 14, 2013 has been refused.

The Administration in its response to the party said “The road that you plan to walk through during your protest is congested due to the ongoing light railway construction. Therefore, you cannot hold the demonstration on the stated road and time.”

The Addis Abeba City Administration further said at the moment the only free roads available were Piassa and Churchill and the road that has been chosen by the Forum for the demonstration was the only leeway that is available at the moment, thus considering the presence of hospitals and governmental organizations on this same road, the application was rebuffed.

Professor Beyene Petros confirmed that the City Administration has refused their application.

A bullet is added by proclamation to atrocities and Human right abuses in Ethiopia

The human right abuse and atrocities in Ethiopia was guided by enforcing the fiasco proclamations of the Civil Societies, anti terrorism and press law that attack every citizen from different angles and the results were the imprisonment of political activists, journalists and religion leaders. Nominating and placing of religious leaders against the will of the believers for both religions.

The TPLF led administration had closed the free press (326 in 2003 and now 32 in 2013 printed materials) and control the people of Ethiopia by organizing people five in one overseen by the members of the party and taping telephone lines inside (VOIP) and allocating millions of tax payers and aid money for spies abroad to oversee the activities of the Diaspora. Forbidding people not to contact, have tea or coffee with members that are suspected by TPLF as core oppositions since they are terrorist.

Extra judicial killing, torturing, harassment and displacement from jobs for those who are not from Tigrai and their affiliates are day to day activities. Moreover to have the advantage members of other ethnic groups should breath with the lungs of TPLF or have to be members of EPRDF and its affiliated parties. These atrocities are recorded and reported from different organizations who reside inside and outside of Ethiopia and some international organizations and governments have also urged the TPLF led government to release all political prisoners, abide its own constitution and respect human rights and stop to interfere as per se.

But what I heard yesterday in the nation’s radio the private property of TPLF led EPRDF government is shocking. The parliament (545 of 547 seats belong to TPLF EPRDF and its affiliates) discussed and seconded a new proclamation awarding the security department and its members not to be accused or requested in any deeds they perform including if a person dies in due time they will not be questioned or asked.

This proclamation is an extension of what happened in December 13, 2003 in Gambella where 424 were massacred in daylight, peasants in Loqe (southern region near Awasa) were killed for asking their rights, 199 persons killed in Addis Ababa after 2005 election and the bombing of Ogaden region.. Moreover nothing is done about ethnic based displacement of the Amharas from Southern region, Benshangul Gumuz and other localities. What was done is only lip service for international community consumptions saying they are returned to the displaced areas in Benshangul region not in others. The commuter of such atrocities are breathing and in some high posts without taking responsibilities of their act.

The drama of TPLF is the same old trick to fool international community who handout them bilateral and aid donations by allowing a fiasco election drama.

One can research the number of MPs in the fiasco parliament (1995-2000 only 12 of which 8 private and 4 opposition, 2000-2005 23 of which 10 private and 13 from oppositions,2005-2010 137 of which one private and 2010-2005 only  2 one from opposition parties).

The situation in 2005 election was different due to the sky rocketed anticipation of TPLF led EPRDF having over confidence about its constituents. But the contest was heated and ballot rigging were well recorded but the last result was to jail elected members of the oppositions.

Such abuse of authority by the ruling TPLF led EPRDF was not improved in the next election period but it was planned to bring the parliament back to square one (1995 election). The following numbers of MP clearly justify the fact (1995 535MPs, 2000 524 MPs, 2005 410 and now 2010 545 MPs out of 547 seats.

To whom are MPs accountable in Ethiopia? To run for MP in Ethiopia does not need to have capacity, capability or delegation from the constituents but the only criteria is to be loyal to TPLF or to be bottled with ideology of revolutionary democracy. This leads to the situation the parliament is breathing with the lungs of their bottling factory TPLF.

Any drafts that are presented by TPLF do not need discussion by members of the MPs but just to raise hands and rubber stamp it. The result one against and the rest for based on the numbers who are available in that particular session.

It is this scenario in a country where all human rights articles are included in the constitution as alphabets and also ratified all international conventions to fight for human rights abuses but voting for a proclamation that allow the security forces to do whatever they like including ransacking, abusing and killing and not asked for such acts commuted.

This proclamation is a blank check for all the members of the police, military and security who killed, raped and tortured Ethiopians for the last 22 years and is also allowing them commute it again and again till TPLF led government is in power.

መንግስት የቱን ህዝብ ነው ሊያታልል የሞከረው?

ከመንግስት ከፍተኛ የሚዲያ ዘመቻ ጀርባ ያለው ድብቅ አላማ ምንድን ነው?

ከሳምንት በፊት የተገደሉትና ምንም አይነት የአስከሬን ምርመራ (Autopsy) ሳደረግባቸው በችኮላ እንዲቀበሩ የተደረጉትን የሼኽ ኑሩን ግድያ መንግስት ባሰበው መልኩ ፖለቲካው ጥቅም ሊያፍስበት በመጣር ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ ይህን ለማሳካት እንዲቻለውም የተለመደውን ስልት በመጠቀም በደሴና አካባቢው በሚገኙ ከተሞች የግዳጅ ሰልፍ በማስወጣት በሚዲያዎች የፕሮፖጋንዳ ዘመቻ ያደረገ ሲሆን፣ በመንግስት ብዙሀን መገናኛዎች በተለይም በኢቴቪና በአዲስ ዘመን ከፍተኛ የማራገብ ስራ በመስራት ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ መንግስት በተጨማሪም በሚኒስቴር መስሪያቤቶች እንዲሁም በፓርቲ ደረጃ ትናንት መግለጫ አውጥቷል፡፡ መንግስት በዚሁ የፕሮፖጋንዳ ዘመቻው በመቀጠል ሼኽ ኑሩአዊ ሀረከት ድራማን በዜናና በሌላ የፕሮግራም ፎርማት ለማቅረብ የሚረዳውን ቀረጻ አካሄዷል፡፡ ይህ ድራማም ተቀናብሮ ዛሬ ምሽት ወይም ከሰሞኑ ለማታለያነት ለሕዝብ ይቀርባል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል፡፡

ይኽው ዛሬ በደሴ ከተማ ሰኞ ገበያ ባድራ ጊቢ በተለምዶ አጠራሩ ረሺድ መስጊድ አካባቢ በመካሄድ ላይ የሚገኘው የድራማ ቀረጻ በከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ በመካሄድ ላይ የሚገኝ ሲሆን የድራማው ግብአት እንዲሆኑ እየተደረጉ ያሉትም የደሴ ከተማ ወጣቶች ናቸው፡፡ እንደምንጮች ዘገባ ሼኽ ኑሩ ከመገደላቸው በፊትና ከተገደሉም በኋላ የተያዙ የከተማው ሙስሊሞችን የዚሁ ወንጀል ተጠያቂ ለማድረግ ዝግጅት ሲደረግ የቆየ ሲሆን በዛሬው እለትም ይህንን ውንጀላ በድራማ መልኩ ሲቀርጹ ውለዋል፡፡ ቀረጻው በሚካሄድበት ቦታ ዛሬ ከፍተኛ ጥበቃ ሲደረግ የቆየ ከመሆኑም በላይ በአካባቢውም ማንም ዝር እንዳይል ተደርጓል፡፡

የካሜራ እና ፊልም ባለሞያዎች ከመንግስት ከፍተኛ ደህንነቶች በተሠጣቸው ስክሪፕት መሰረት ሷሊህ ሙሀመድ የተባለና ማክሰኞ ከሰዓት አካባቢ ተይዞ የነበረን ወጣት ዛሬ በማለዳው ወደ መኖሪያ ቤቱ ይዞ በመሄድ ቀረጻ አካሄደዋል፡፡ ለቀረጻው ግብአት እንዲመችና ሕዝብንም መሸወድ እንዲቻል መንግስት በወጣቱ መኖሪያ ቤት ውስጥ የተለያዩ የጦር መሳሪያዎች እንዲቀመጡ በማድረግ ከወጣቱ መኖሪያ ቤት እንደተገኙ ተደርጎ ቀረጻ ተካሄዷል፡፡ በመቀጠልም ወጣቱ ሽጉጥ በእጁ እንዲይዝ በማስገደድ በቪዲዮ ቀርጻ የተካሄደበት ሲሆን፣ ሟችን ወጣቱ እንደገደላቸው አድርጎ ለማቅረብም ድራማው የሚያስፈልጉትን ዝግጅቶች መንግስት አከናውኗል፡፡ የወጣቱ ወላጅ እናትም የወንጀሉ ተባባሪ በሚል በእስር ላይ እንደሚገኙ ታውቋል፡፡

የዛሬ የተካሄደውን የድራማ ቀረጻ ለማጀብ በርካታ የአካባቢው እና የክልል ባለስልጣናት እንደነበሩ የታወቀ ሲሆን የነበረው ጥበቃም ከፍተኛ ነበር፡፡ መንግስት የሼኽ ኑሩን ግድያ ተንተርሶ እያካሄደው ያለው ዘመቻ ቀድሞ ከፍተኛ ዝግጅት የተደረገበት መሆኑን ፍንጭ ሰጪ ከመሆኑም በላይ ጉዳዩን ሚዲያ ላይ ያራገበበት መንገድም አስገራሚ የሚባል ኖኗል፡፡ ላለፉት በርካታ አመታት በማህበረሰቡ ውስጥ አንቱታን ያተረፉ ከሌሎች እምነቶችም ሆነ ከሙስሊሙ ወገን አንጋፋ ሰዎች ህይወት ሲያልፍ ከመጤፍ ሳይቆጠር በሼኽ ኑሩ ሞት ተስታኮ ተከታታይ እና ከቀበሌ እስከ ሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤት የተቀናጀው ፕሮፖጋንዳ ከጀርባው ያለውን መልእክት በራሱ የሚናገር ነው፡፡ከጥቂት ሳምንታት በፊት ህይወታቸው ያለፈው ታላቁ አሊም ሀጂ ዘይኑ፣ ዶ/ር አብዱረሺድና ሌሎችም አሊሞች በመንግስት ሚዲያዎች ሞታቸውን አስመልክቶ ዘገባ እንዳልተሰራላቸው የቅርብ ጊዜ ትዝታችን ነው፡፡ በባህር ዳር በቅርቡ ከ15 በላይ ንጹሀን ዜጎች በፌዴራል ፖሊስ ተገድለው ተገቢው የሚዲያ ሽፋን እንዳልተሰጣቸውም ይታወሳል፡፡

መንግስት ግን ይህን የሼኽ ኑሩን ግድያ በማጎን ሙስሊሙን ህብረተሰብም የወንጀሉ ፈጻሚ አድርጎ በማቅረብ ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ በክልል የሚካሄዱ የመብት ጥያቄዎችን ለማጨናገፍ የሰላማዊ ዜጎችን ንፁህ ደም በከንቱ ማፍሰሱ ሳይበቃ ድንበር ዘለል ፍረጃው እና ወከባው ከአሳሳ እስከ ደጋን፣ ከሃረር እስከ አዲስ አበባ የተተገበረ እና መላው ህዝባችንም የነገሩን ስር መሰረት በበቂ ማስረጃዎች ቀድሞውኑ ሲረዳው የነበረ ጉዳይ ነው፡፡ መንግስት ባወጣቸው መግለጫዎች ሙስሊሙን የወንጀሉ ፈጻሚ አድርጎ እያቀረበ ቢሆንም፤ ሙስሊሙ ህብረተሰብ መሰል ወንጀሎችን ለመፈጸም ሀይማኖቱም ሆነ መርሁ የማይፈቅድለት መሆኑና ሁለት አመት በዘለቀው ትግላችንም መሰል ወንጀል ተፈጽሞ አለማወቁ ምስክርነት ይሰጣል፡፡ የትግላችን መሰረታዊ መርህ የሆነው ‹‹የምንሞትለት እንጂ የምንገድልበት አላማ የለንም›› መርህ እንኳን በዚህ ወቅት አይደለም መሪዎቻችንን በተነጠቅንበትና ከፍተኛ ወንጀል በተፈጸመባቸው ወቅትም ተጥሶ የማያውቅ መሆኑን ሁሉም ህብረተሰብ የሚያውቀው የአደባባይ ሀቅ ነው፡፡

የህዝባችን እና የትግላችን ሰላማዊነት የሚመነጨው ከምንከተለው መርህ መሆኑ ላለፉት 16 ወራት በተዘጋጁልን የትንኮሳ ወጥመዶች ውስጥ ላለመውደቅ ባደረግነው እልህ አስጨራሽ ትግል ፈተናዎችን በሚገባ በማለፍ አስመስክረናል፡፡ ሰላማዊው የደሴ ሙስሊምም እንደተቀሩት የሃገራችን ከተሞች በመቻቻል እና በመከባበር የሚኖር መሆኑ በአርዓያነት የሚነገር ነው፡፡ የደሴ ህዝብ እና መላው የሃገራችን ዜጎችም ከታሪካችን እና ከለመድነው ማህበራዊ መስተጋብር የወጣ ይህን መሰሉ ድርጊት ሲፈፀም አዳዲስ እጆች ሰርገው እንደገቡ ይረዳል፡፡ እነዚህ እጆች ደግሞ ሰላማዊ የመብት ጠያቂዎችን ለማፈን በተለያየ መጠን እና ግዜ ሲሰነዘሩ ሕዝቡ በበርካታ አጋጣሚዎች በአይኑ እየታዘበ በልቦናው አኑሯቸዋል፡፡ ሙስሊሙ ህብረተሰብ የዚህ አይነት ወንጀል የሚፈጽሙ አካሎች ቢኖሩ እንኳ ከማጋለጥ ወደ ኋላ እንደማይል የተረጋገጠና መሰል ወንጀሎችን እንደሚያወግዝ ደጋግሞ በአቋሙ አሳይቷል፡፡

UDJ complains over persecution

(AV) The Unity for Democracy and Justice Party has complained that its members and leaders are being hunted down by security forces as a result of its fresh resolve to wage nonviolent struggle.

In a letter addressed to Hailemariam Desalegn, the party’s chairman Dr. Negasso Gidada says the imprisonment and abuses that its members and leadership have faced are related to its new plan of action to organize protests across the country.

Negasso complained that numerous UDJ members have been jailed in Addis Ababa and other towns. According to Negaso’s letter, Alelign Abay, Engdaw Wagnew, Abraham Lijalem, Anagaw Tegegn, Maru Ashagere, Amdemariam Ezira, among others, have been jailed for weeks due to UDJ-related activities in Norther Gondar. It was also alleged that  another member, Gashaw Zewdu, escaped attempted murder.

UDJ called on the regime to stop the persecution and imprisonment of its members and demanded for the immediate release of its members.

TADIAS MAGAZINE Duplicity is unforgivable

Tadias Magazine known for its elegant presentation of the lives of Ethiopian Americans in Diaspora caught with its pants down. The Magazine skipped the most important festival; the Ethiopian Sport Federation in North America (ESFNA) that brought in tenth of thousands of Ethiopians from around the world in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

Instead, Tadias featured an off-event concert by Mahmoud Ahmed and Teddy Afro asreported by Mark Jenkins of The Washington Post. The biggest event ever that brought the two famous entertainers was missing in action as far as Tadias Magazine was concerned. Not even a piece of article was afforded to the 30^th anniversary ESFNA nor the star of the entire Festival-the organizers and the location were mentioned.

The New York based online magazine that claim ‘tailored towards the Ethiopian-American community’ missed the largest Ethiopian-American community across the Delaware River.  Talk about betrayal. This can’t be some kind of oversight but a deliberate attempt to censure the gathering of Ethiopians for what can only be described for political reasons. Only in Ethiopia under the ruling regime this can happen not in the free world.

This isn’t small matter to ignore. The Editors of the Magazine must be contacted by responsible Medias and organizations to answer for their clammy journalism. They must answer in public whether they are protecting the ruling regime or their advertizing income coming from the regime via Ethiopian Airline.

We have no knowledge of any other Ethiopian related Media that completely skipped the biggest event in the history of the Ethiopian in Diaspora, except the official propaganda outlets of the Woyane regime.

Ethiopians must follow-up on Tadias delinquency of duty and any other Media that says one thing and does another in a cover of Media. If Media outlets aren’t transparent to the public who would?

It is about time Media organizations form Media monitoring group to protect the public from misinformation, disinformation or pure propaganda of ‘Media’ outlets.

በበትረ ያዕቆብ

ትናንት በማለዳ ነበር ተነስቼ ከሰሚት ወደ ሳሪስ ያቀናሁት፡፡ የሐምሌን ቀዝቃዛ የጠዋት አየር እየተመገብኩ ከጓደኞቼ ጋር ከተቀጣጠርኩበት ሐበሻ ካፌ ስደርስ ሰዓቴ ከጥዋቱ 1፡30 (7፡30 AM) ይል ነበር፡፡ ሁላችንም ከየአቅጣጫዉ በዚያች አነስተኛ ካፌ ከተሰባሰብን በኋላ ቁርስ ቢጤ እንደ ነገሩቀማምሰን የዕለቱን ዕቅዳችንን ለመፈፀም ተነሳን—በልባችን ስኬትን እየተመኘን፡፡ እናም ፍራፍሬ በየአይነቱ ሸማመትን ፤ ያስፈልጋሉ ያልናቸዉን ነገሮች ሁሉ አሟልተን ጉዞአችንን ወደ ቃሊቲ ማረሚያ ቤት (በርግጥ ማረሚያ ቤት የሚለዉ ቃል ፍፁም አይገባዉም) አደረግን ፤ ለኛ ሲሉ እራሳቸዉንአሳልፈዉ የሰጡ የጭንቅ ጊዜ ልጆች ማለትም አንዱአለም አራጌን ፣ እስክንድር ነጋን እና ርዕዮት አለሙን እንዲሁም ሌሎችን ለመጎብኘትና አይዞአችሁ ሁሌም ከጎናችሁ ነን ልንል፡፡

ይሁን እንጅ እዚያ ደርሶ እነዚያን ጀግኖቻችንን አይዟችሁ ማለት ዉጣ ዉረድ ነበረዉ፡፡ ምንም እንኳን ሁላችንም ከነርሱ ፊት ለመቆም በጣም ብንጓጓም ብዙ መሰናክሎችን ማለፍ ነበረብን፡፡

የመጀመሪያዉ ፈተና ያዉ የአዲስ አበባችን መታወቂያ ለመሆን የበቃዉ የትራንስፖርት ችግር ነበር፡፡ በጠዋት በስራ ቦታዉ በሰዓቱ ለመገኘት ከቤቱ በነቂስ የወጣዉን ህዝብ አልፎ አልፎ ብቅ የሚሉት ታክሲወችና የአንበሳ አዉቶብሶች ሊያቃልሉት ስላልቻሉ አካባቢዉ በሰዉ ተጥለቅልቋል ፤ ሁሉም ከወዲያወዲህ ይሯሯጣል ፤ ይታመሳል፡፡ በዚያ ላይ ጭቃዉ፡፡ የሆነ ሆኖ ትንሽ ከተሯሯጥን በኋላ የመንገዱን አንድ ጠርዝ በመያዝ ከአንድ ኪሎ ሜትር በላይ እንደጉንዳል መንጋ የተዘረጋዉን የሰዉ ሰልፍ ተቀላቅለን እድላችንን መጠበቅ ተያያዝን፡፡ በእንዲህ ዓይነት ሁኔታ ለረጅም ሰዓት የታክሲ ያለህ ስንልቆይተን አይደርሱ የለምና በመጨረሻ አንዲት ታክሲ አግኝተን ወደ ጀግኖች መንደር ጉዞ ተጀመረ፡፡ ያም ሆኖ በትራፊክ መጨናነቅ ምክንያት በየመንገዱ እየቆምን ቃሊቲ ለመድረስ ብዙ ጊዜ ወሰደብን፡፡ ሆኖም ምንም አስቸጋሪ ይሁን ምንም ጊዜ ይፍጅ እዚያ መድረሳችን በራሱ ትልቅ ነገር ነበርና ሁላችንምበደስታ እየተሳሳቅን ወደ ማረሚያ ቤቱ አቀናን፡፡

አንዱአለም አራጌ ከሚገኝበት የዞን 2 በራፍ ላይ ስንደርስ ሁለት ወጣት የፖሊስ አባላት ተቀበሉን፡፡ ሁለቱም በእጃቸዉ የያዙትን ደብተር እየገለጡ ማን ናችሁ ፣ ወደየት ናችሁ…? ሲሉ አንድ ባንድ እየጠየቁ የሚፈልጉትን መረጃ ከመዘገቡ በኋላ መታወቂያችንን አይተዉ ወደ ዉስጥ እንድንገባ ፈቀዱልን፡፡ትንሽ አለፍ ከማለታችንም በአንዲት ትንሽ ቤት ዉስጥ ለሚገኙ የፖሊስ አባላት ሞባይል ፣ ቁልፎቻችንን ፣ ዋሌታችንን ፣ ባጠቃላይ ኪሳችን ዉስጥ የተገኘን ነገር ሁሉ እስክብሪቶና ወረቀት ሳይቀር አስረክበን ወደ ዉስጥ አለፍን፡፡ አዚህ ላይ እኔን በጣም የገረመኝ የስክብሪቶዉና የወረቀቱ ጉዳይ ነበር፡፡ አሁንእስቲ ምን ይሉታል ወረቀት መቀማት ፤ የጦር መሳሪያ መሆኑ ነዉ ፣ እንደሚመስለኝ ሰዉ እዚያ የሚፈፅሙትን ግፍ በተመለከተ መረጃ ይዞ እንዳይወጣ ለመከላከል ነዉ፡፡

ወያኔ እያለ ሙሰኝነትን ማጥፋትም መዋጋትም አይቻልም!

ዘረኛዉ የወያኔ አገዛዝ ባለፉት ሃያ አንድ አመታት ማንነቱን ከገለጸበትና የዚህ ዘረኛ ስብስብ ተክለ ሰዉነት ቀዳሚ መገለጫ ከሆኑ ሁለት ትልልቅ ባህሪያት ዉስጥ አንዱ ሙሰኝነት ሲሆን ሌላዉ ዘረኝነት ነዉ። የወያኔ ስርአት የተገነባዉ በሙሰኝነት ላይ የቆመዉም ለሙሰኝነት ነዉ። ወያኔንና ዘረኝነትን ነጣጥሎ ማየት እንደማይቻል ሁሉ ወያኔንና ሙሰኝነትንም ነጣጥሎ መመልከት በፍጹም አይቻልም። ኢትዮጵያ ዉስጥ ወያኔና ስርአቱ በስልጣን ላይ እስካሉ ድረስ ሙሰኝነትም ይኖራል። ወያኔ ባለፉት ሦስት ወራት ይህንን የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ብቻ ሳይሆን የአለም ህዝብ ጭምር በግልጽ የሚያዉቀዉን አስቀያሚ ገጽታዉን ለመሸፈን “ሙሰኝነትን አጠፋለሁ” በሚል ሽፋን አንዳንድ የሽንገላ እርምጃዎችን መዉሰድ ጀምሯል: አህያውን ፈርቶ ዳውላውን እንዲሉ:: በዚህም እርምጃው የሙሰኝነትን ምንጭና ባላባቶች ሳይሆን ስርአቱ በሙሉ ድምጽ የይሁንታ ምልክት ሳይሰጣቸዉ ሙሰኘነት ዉስጥ የተዘፈቁ ትናንሽ ሙሰኞችን በማሰርና ፍርድ ቤት በማቅረብ አንዳንድ ለአገራቸዉ በጎና ቀና አስተሳሰብ ያላቻዉን ዜጎች ለማታለል ይሞክራሉ።

የወየኔን ዘረኛ አምባገነን ስርዐት ከቀደሙት ስርአቶች ለየት የሚያደርገዉ ነገር ቢኖር ስርዐቱ ከፍተኛ የሃላፊነት ቦታ፤ የትምህርት እድል እንዲሁም የስራና በኢኮኖሚ የመበልጸግ እድል የሚሰጠዉ “ወርቃማዉ ዘር” እያለ ለሚጠራዉ የራሱ ወገን መሆኑ ብቻ ሳይሆን የአገሪቱን ያለ የለለ ጥሪት ያለገደብ እንዲቦጠቡጡ የሙሰኝነቱን በር ወለል አድርጎ የከፈተዉም ለዚሁ “ወርቃማዉ ዘር” እያለ ለሚጠራዉ ወገን መሆኑም ጭምር ነዉ። ይህም ኢትዮጵያ ዉስጥ ሙሰኝነት የተፈቀደላቸዉና ያልተፈቀደላቸዉ ዜጎችና ተቋሞች እንዳሉ በግልጽ ያሳያል። በቅርቡ በዜና ማሰራጫዎች ሙሰኝነታቸዉ ተጋልጦ ታሰሩ እየተባለ የተነገረላቸዉ ግለሰቦች ወያኔ ከፈቀደላቸዉ በላይ በሙሰኝነት የከበሩ ወይም ከከፍተኛዎቹ የወያኔ ሹሞች ጋር የስልጣን ሽሚያ ዉስጥ የገቡ ግለሰቦች ዳውላዎች ናቸዉ።

ባለፈዉ ሳምንት ማብቃያ ላይ ጠ/ሚኒስተር ኃ/ማሪያም ደሳለኝ ለአገር ዉስጥ ጋዜጠኞች የሰጠዉ ጋዜጣዊ መግለጫ በግልጽ እንደሚያሳየዉ ኢትዮጵያ ዉስጥ በሙሰኝነት ላይ እንዲሰማራ ብቻ ሳይሆን የሙሰኝነቱን ዘርፍ እንዲመራ በህግ ያልተጻፈ ሀላፊነት ከተሰጠዉ ተቋም አንዱ የአገር መከላከያ ሚኒስቴር ነዉ። ባለፈዉ ሚያዚያ ወር የፌዴራሉ ዋና ኢዲተር መስሪያ ቤት ለፓርላማዉ ባቀረበዉ ሪፖርት ባልተሟላ ሰነድ ወጪ ሆኗል ብሎ በሪፖርቱ ካሰፈረዉ አምስት ቢሊዮን ብር ዉስጥ ሦስት ነጥብ ሁለት ቢሊዮኑ የመከላከያ ሚኒስትር መሆኑ የሚታወስ ነዉ። እዚህ ላይ አንድ የሚገርመን ነገር ቢኖር በቅርቡ ጠ/ሚኒስተር ኃ/ማሪያም ደሳለኝና የመከላከያ ሚኒስትሩ ሲራጅ ፈርጌሳ አንደተናገሩት ከሆነ የኢትዮጵያ ፓርላማ “ሚስጥር ለመጠበቅ” በሚል ሽፋን በሙሰኝነት እንዳይጠየቅ ህግዊ ሽፋን የሚሰጥ አዋጅ በማርቀቅ ላይ የሚገኘዉ ይህንኑ በሙሰኝነት የተዘፈቀዉን የመከላከያ ሚኒስትርን ሆድ ለመደበቅ ነዉ።

ለመሆኑ ሀላፊነቱና የስራ ድርሻዉ አገርን ከዉጭ ጠላት መጠበቅ የሆነዉ የወያኔ መከላከያ ተቋም በንግድ፤ በእርሻ፤ በኮንስትራክሺንና በከባድ እንዱስትሪ ግንባታ የስራ መስኮች ዉስጥ ያለቦታዉ ተዘፍቆ እየታየ ለምን ይሆን የዚህ ተቋም የሂሳብ መዝገብ በኦዲትሮች እንዳይታይ የሚደነግግ አዋጅ እንዲወጣ ያስፈለገዉ? ለምንድነዉ ጠ/ሚኒስትር ተብዬዉ ኃ/ማሪያም ደሳለኝ የመከላከያና የደህንነት ተቋማት በኦዲተር አይመረመሩም ያሉት?

መልሱ ቀላልና ግልጽ ነዉ። ወያኔ የኢትዮጵያን ህዝብ ለማዘናጋት ሙስናን አጠፋለሁ ብሎ የጀመረዉ የዉሸት ዘመቻ ያነጣጠረዉ የአገሪቱን የመከላከያ ተቋም ሙሉ በሙሉ በሚቆጣጠሩት የወያኔ ጄኔራሎች ላይ በመሆኑ ነዉ። ወያኔ የሾማቸዉ የራሱ ኦዲተሮች አመታዊ የሂሳብ ቁጥጥር ሪፖርት በግልጽ እንደሚያመለክተዉ ከፍተኛ የሂሳብ ጉድለትና የመዝገብ አያያዝ ዝርክርከነት የታየባቸዉ ወያኔያዊ ተቋሞች የመከላከያ ሚኒስቴር፤ ብሔራዊ መረጃና ደህንነት አገልግሎትና የአገር ዉስጥ ደሀንነት ጥበቃ ዋና መምሪያ ናቸዉ። ኃ/ማሪያም ደሳለኝ ከህወሃት አለቆቹ በተሰጠዉ ቀጭን ትዕዛዝ መሠረት ወንጀላቸዉን ለመደበቅ ህጋዊ ድጋፋ እንዲያገኙ የሚጣጣረዉም ለእነዚሁ ሦስት ተቋሞች ነዉ። እነዚህ ህዝብን ሰላም የነሱ፤ የአገሪቱን ሀብት ሙልጭ አድርገዉ የዘረፉና ተጠያቂነት የሚባል ነገር የማያዉቁ ስግብግበች የሞሉበትን ተቋም ጭራሽ ህግ ሽፋን ከተጠያቂነት ዉጭ ማድረግ የበለጠ እንዲዘርፉና በህዝብ ደም እንዲነግዱ ህገ መሰነግስታዊ እዉቅና መስጥት ነዉ።

ወያኔ ያሻዉን ያክል አስቀያሚ ገጽታዉን ሸፍኖ ለህዝብና ለአገር የሚያስብ መስሎ ለመታየት ቢሞክርም የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ግን እንኳን ሙሰኝነትን የመሰለ በአይን የሚታይ ጉልህ የወያኔ መታወቂያ ቀርቶ ወያኔ ለወደፊት ለማድረግ በዕቅድ የያዘዉን ሁሉ ከወዲሁ የሚያዉቅ ህዝብ ስለሆነ ሙሰኝነትንና በስልጣን መባለግን ለማጥፋት የመጀመሪያዉ ትግል ከወያኔ ዘረኞች ጋር መሆኑን ተረድቶ ትግሉን ቀጥሏል። ይህ የተጀመረ ህዝባዊ ትግል ወያኔንና ሁለቱን መንታ ልጆቹን ማለትም ሙሰኝነትና ዘረኝነት ከአገራችን ምድር እስኪነቀሉ ድረስ ይቀጥላል።

ድል ለኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ!!!

« ግንቦት ሰባት በመንግስትና በሕገ-መንግስቱ ዙሪያ መጠነሰፊ አደጋ ጋርጦብናል፤ በግንቦት ሰባት የሚደገፉ በአገር ውስጥ ያሉ ተቃዋሚዎች ላይ አፋጣኝ እርምጃ ልንወስድ ይገባል፤» ጄ/ል ሳሞራ

የብረታ ብረት ኢንጂነሪንግ ኮርፖሬሽን ዋና ዳይሬክተር ብ/ጄነራል ክንፈ ዳኘው ላለፉት ሶስት ወራት ገደማ ከስልጣናቸው ታግደው ከቆዩ በኋላ በዚህ ሳምንት ወደ ሃላፊነት መመለሳቸውን የቅርብ ምንጮች ገለፁ…. በጄ/ል ሳሞራ የኑስ ትእዛዝ ታግደው ከቆዩት ከፍተኛ ጄነራሎች መካከል አንዱ ጄ/ል ክንፈ እንደሚገኙበት የጠቆሙት ምንጮቹ ስልካቸውን በመጥለፍ በእንቅስቃሴያቸው ዙሪያ ክትትል ይደረግባቸው እንደነበር አስታውቀዋል። ጄ/ል ክንፈ በሳሞራ ታግደው የቆዩት የነአዜብ/በረከትን ቡድን በመቃወም ከነስብሃት ቡድን ጋር በመሰለፋቸው እንደሆነ ምንጮቹ አመልክተዋል። የጠ/ሚ/ር መለስን ሕልፈት ተከትሎ በመከላከያ ከፍተኛ ጄነራሎች መካከል የተፈጠረው ያለመግባባት ስር እየሰደደ መሄዱንና የልዩነቱ መንስኤም በሕወሐት የተፈጠረው ቀውስ – ጄነራሎቹ ጎራ እንዲለዩ ጫና ማሳደሩን ያመለከቱት ምንጮች፣ አክለውም ልዩነቱ በአገር ጉዳይ ዙሪያ ሳይሆን አንዱ ሌላኛውን በማስወገድ የራስን ጥቅም አስጠብቆ በስልጣን ለመቆየት የሚደረግ የሙስና መጠላለፍ ነው ብለዋል።

ጄ/ል ክንፈ የብረታ ብረት ኮርፖሬሽን ዳይሬክተር ሆነው የተሾሙት በሟቹ ጠ/ሚ/ር መለስ ዜናዊ እንደሆነ ያስታወሱት ምንጮቹ ከስልጣን ሊያግዳቸውም ሆነ ሊያወርዳቸው የሚችለው በህግ ስልጣን የተሰጠው ጠ/ሚኒስትሩ መሆኑን ያስረዳሉ። በዚሁ መሰረት ስልጣኑ በአዋጅ የተቀመጠው ለጠ/ሚ/ር ሃ/ማሪይም ቢሆንም – በግልፅ የሚታየው ግን ከህግ ውጭ የጄ/ል ሳሞራ ፈላጭ ቆራጭ ውሳኔ ከመሆኑ በተጨማሪ የታገደውን ጄ/ል ወደ ቦታው የሚመልሰው በተቃራኒው የቆመውና በሕወሐት ውስጥ ያለው የነስብሃት ቡድን መሆኑን ምንጮቹ ያመለክታሉ። አቶ መለስ ይዘውት የቆዩትና “በሕገ-መንግስቱ ተሰጠ” ከተባለው ስልጣን በአብዛኛው ለጠ/ሚ/ር ሃ/ማሪያም ሊሰጥና ሊተላለፍ አልቻለም ሲሉ የጠቆሙት ምንጮቹ ቁልፍ የሆነው የጦር ሃይሎች ጠ/አዛዥነትን ጨምሮ በርካታዎቹ ሕገ-ወጥ በሆነ ሁኔታ በሕወሐት ሰዎች ቁጥጥር ስር መውደቃቸውን አመልክተዋል።

ይህ በእንዲህ እንዳለ- ጄ/ል ሳሞራ የሚመሩት ስብሰባ በመከላከያ ከፍተኛ ጄነራሎች ተሳታፊነት በዚህ ሳምንት ሲካሄድ መሰንበቱን ምንጮች ጠቆሙ። ውጥረትና ያለመረጋጋት በተስተዋለበት የሳሞራ ንግግር በዋና አጀንዳነት የቀረበው የግንቦት ሰባት ጉዳይ ሲሆን በዚህም ፥ « ግንቦት ሰባት በመንግስትና በሕገ-መንግስቱ ዙሪያ መጠነሰፊ አደጋ ጋርጦብናል፤ በግንቦት ሰባት የሚደገፉ በአገር ውስጥ ያሉ ተቃዋሚዎች ላይ አፋጣኝ እርምጃ ልንወስድ ይገባል፤» ማለታቸውን የገለፁት ምንጮቹ፣ ሳሞራ «ለምሳሌ.» ሲሉ ሰማያዊ ፓርቲን እንዲሁም « አንዳንድ የአንድነት ፓርቲ አመራሮች» በማለት መፈረጃቸውን አስታውቀዋል። በተጨማሪ የሙስሊሙ ማህበረሰብ እያነሳ ያለውን ፍትሃዊ የመብት ጥያቄ፣ ሳሞራ ከግንቦት ሰባት ጋር ለማያያዝ መሞከራቸውን ምንጮቹ አያይዘው ገልፀዋል።

በሌላም በኩል የኢንፎርሜሽንና መረብ ደህንነት ኤጀንሲ ዋና ሃላፊ ብ/ጄነራል ተክለብርሃን ወ/አረጋይ በበኩላቸው፥ ከእንግሊዝ አገር ረቀቅ ያለ መሳሪያ በማስመጣት በስካይፕ ተቃዋሚዎች የሚያደርጉትን ግንኙነቶች በመጥለፍና ተዛማች የስለላ ተግባራትን እያከናወነ መሆኑን ከገለፁ በኋላ « ግንቦት ሰባት ከግብፅ ጋር ግንኙነት እንዳለው ለህዝቡ ከነገርነው ከጎናችን ይቆማል፣ ግንቦት ሰባትን በማውገዝ የእንቅስቃሴው ተባባሪ አይሆንም፣ በአገር ውስጥ ያሉትም ተቃዋሚዎች ላይ የሚወሰደውን እርምጃ ህዝቡ አይቃወምም፤ እንዳውም ለመንግስት ድጋፍ ይሰጣል፤» በማለት በተሰብሳቢ መኮንኖች ጭምር ገረሜታን የፈጠረ ንግግር ማድረጋቸውን ምንጮቹ አስታውቀዋል። በዚህም ለሕዝብ ያላቸውን ግምትና የግንዛቤ ደረጃ ያመላከተ ነው ያሉት ምንጮቹ የጄ/ል ተክለብርሃን የእውቀት ደረጃ ምን ድረስ እንደሆነ ያሳየ ነው ብለዋል። የኤንፎርሜሽን መረብ ደህንነት ኤጀንሲ በአቶ ደብረፂዮን ጭምር በበላይነት እንደሚመራና አቶ ሃ/ማሪያም የሚያውቁት እንደሌለ ምንጮቹ አያይዘው ጠቁመዋል። በሕገ – መንግስቱ መከላከያ ከየትኛውም ፖለቲካ ፓርቲ ገለልተኛ እንደሆነ ቢደነግግም፣ ከወረቀት በዘለለ ተግባር ላይ ሲውል እንደማይታይና የነሳሞራና ተከታዮቻቸው ተደጋጋሚ አቋምና ተግባር በቂ ማስረጃና ማሳያ መሆኑን ምንጮቹ በሰጡት አስተያየት አስረድተዋል።
